HOW TO MAKE A SHAMI KEBAB AT HOME

Kabab is a famous dish in South Asian food, made with ground meat and flavors.
Here is a basic recipe to make flavorful Shami Kabab at home:
Fixings:
500g beef or sheep

cup chana dal (split chickpeas)

medium onion, cleaved
2-3
green chilies, cleaved

tsp garlic glue
1
tsp ginger glue
1
tsp cumin powder
1
tsp coriander powder
1
tsp garam masala powder
1
tsp red bean stew powder
Salt,
to taste
1
egg, beaten
Oil,
for searing
Guidelines:
Douse the chana dal in water for no less than 2 hours. Channel the water and cook the dal with new water until it's delicate. Channel the overabundance of water and let it cool.
